additions to your daily & weekly diets! I love simple additions for huge rewards! These foods will keep your
metabolism stoked:

Egg Whites – rich in branched-chain amino acids which rev metabolism.

Lean Meat – full of iron. Iron deficiencies can slow metabolism.

Water – being mildly dehydrated can slow metabolism. Drink cold water to rev it
even more.
