Stress Less!

   Face it, stress sucks! Yes, and the more we learn about stress and its negative effects on our bodies (and lifespan), the more we realize that having simple tools that will help are actually less stressful overall! No wonder billions of us are gardeners & bird watchers! Works for me!!
